Résumé
In this action, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of New Jersey for the purpose of meeting the requirement to submit the Clean Fuel Fleet program (CFFP) or a substitute program that meets the requirements of the Clean Air Act (Act). EPA is proposing to approve the State's plan for implementing a substitute program to opt out of the CFFP.
