Résumé
The Department of Energy (the ``Department'' or ``DOE'') is requesting public comments concerning the continuation or modification of the provisions of the Price-Anderson Act (the ``Act''). These comments will assist the Department in the preparation of a report on the Act to be submitted to Congress by August 1, 1998 as required by the Atomic Energy Act (AEA).
