This notice announces the publication by NHTSA of a Technical Report concerning Safety Standard 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. The report's title is The Long-Term Effectiveness of Center High Mounted Stop Lamps in Passenger Cars and Light Trucks.
