The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, proposes to withdraw approximately 4,590 acres of National Forest System land for 10 years to provide management alternatives for Forest Service management in the White River National Forest. This notice closes this land to location and entry under the mining laws for up to two years. The land remains open to mineral leasing.
