This document contains corrections to the notice of receipt of application (I.D. 100896B) that was published on October 17, 1996 (61 FR 54157). These corrections are necessary to inform the public of the correct sequence of events in the U.S. Coast Guard's (USCG) application for a small take authorization and its submission of the requested documents to NMFS.
