The Federal Housing Finance Board (Finance Board) is amending its regulation on Financing Corporation (FICO) operations to comply with new statutory requirements and to eliminate provisions that have been rendered obsolete by statutory changes. The interim final rule is consistent with the goals of the Regulatory Reinvention Initiative of the National Performance Review.
