The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for preliminary results of the third administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled lead and bismuth carbon steel products from the United Kingdom. This extension is made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (hereinafter, ``the Act'').
