In the Federal Register of January 24, 1996, EPA announced its proposed interpretation of ``toxicologically significant'' as it applies to contaminants in pesticide products that are also active ingredients. A 60-day comment period was provided. This document announces the final Pesticide Regulation (PR) Notice entitled ``Toxicologically Significant Levels of Pesticide Active Ingredients.''
