Certain Helical Spring Lock Washers From The People's Republic of China; Final Results of Antidumping Administrative Review

On August 13, 1996, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain helical spring lock washers (HSLWs) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) (61 FR 42000). This review covers shipments of this merchandise to the United States during the period October 1, 1994 through September 30, 1995. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on our preliminary results. Based upon our analysis of the comments received we have changed the results from those presented in the preliminary results of review.
