The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is noticing the issuance of License Amendment No. 89 for the Public Service Company's (PSC) of Colorado Fort St. Vrain (FSV) Nuclear Generating Station, located near Platteville, Colorado. License Amendment No. 89 to DPR-34 redesignated the approved Decommissioning Plan, the approved Supplement to the Environmental Report, and the approved Final Radiation Survey Plan as the License Termination Plan.
