On February 27, 1997, the Commission released a public notice announcing a change in the time for the March 11 meeting of the North American Numbering Council (NANC). The March 11 meeting and its agenda had been announced in a public notice published in the Federal Register on February 26, 1997 (See 62 FR 8741). The intended effect of this action is to make the public aware that the time of the March 11 NANC meeting has changed from 9:30 A.M. EST, to 8:30 A.M. EST.
