Résumé
In order to facilitate its evaluation of the application of the Agreements Suspending the Antidumping Investigations on Uranium from the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, the Department is requesting that those U.S. electric utilities which have contracts that may be affected by implementation of amendments to these agreements provide certain information to the Department, as outlined below.
