The United States Department of the Army Los Angeles District, Corps of Engineers, has filed an application to withdraw approximately 310,295 acres of public lands to expand the Army's National Training Center at Fort Irwin. This notice closes the lands for up to 2 years from surface entry and mining. The lands will remain open to mineral leasing.
