Notice of Proposed Withdrawal and Opportunity for Public Meeting; California

Résumé

The Bureau of Land Management proposes to withdraw 150 acres, more or less, of public lands and 1,132 acres, more or less, of non- federal lands along Clear Creek to protect the natural, recreational, scenic, and historic values associated with the Clear Creek Acquisition Area. This notice closes the public lands for up to two years from mining. The lands will remain open to mineral leasing and the Materials Act of 1947.
