The attached bulletin informs agencies of the establishment of special actual subsistence expense ceilings for official travel to Cheyenne (Laramie County), Wyoming, Laramie (Albany County), Wyoming, and Fort Collins (Larimer County), Colorado. The Department of the Air Force requested establishment of the increased rates to accommodate employees who perform temporary duty in either of the three localities and who experience a temporary but significant increase in lodging costs due to the escalation of lodging rates during the annual Frontier Days special event held there.
