The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is publishing an update of the September 1993 list of all memoranda of understanding (MOU's) that are cooperative work-sharing agreements currently in effect between FDA and State or local government agencies. FDA publishes this list to provide information to the public on these agreements. The full text of any of the listed MOU's is available from FDA on request.
