Résumé
This document announces modifications to a recent Notice of Proposed Policy Regarding Airport Rates and Charges. The modifications are intended to reflect statutory provisions governing airport rates and charges included in the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act of 1994, Public Law 103-305 (August 23, 1994). The DOT/FAA previously extended the comment period on the notice until October 15, 1994. The comment period is being extended until 14 days after publication of this supplemental notice in the Federal Register.
