In connection with the 1995 amendment cycle, which culminates in the submission to Congress of proposed guideline amendments no later than May 1, 1995, the Commission is continuing its analysis of sentencing guidelines implementation and is considering possible amendments and requests for comment for publication in the Federal Register. The Commission has established a final date of November 15, 1994, for the submission of proposed amendments and issues for comment by interested groups or individuals.
