The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC (OARC), the sole producer or exporter subject to this administrative review, made sales of common alloy aluminum sheet (aluminum sheet) from the Sultanate of Oman (Oman) in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
