Résumé

This NOFA announces the availability of $7.125 million to implement the second year of a demonstration program to make grants to public and private nonprofit institutions of higher education to assist in establishing or carrying out research and outreach activities addressing the problems of urban areas. These funds shall be used to establish and operate Community Outreach Partnership Centers (COPC). The NOFA contains information concerning: (1) The principal objectives of the competition, the funding available, eligible applicants and activities and factors for award; (2) The application process, including how to apply and how selections will be made; and (3) A checklist of application submission requirements.
