Résumé
As a result of legislation which reclassified certain licensees, waivers were filed to request retention of existing foreign ownership that would otherwise not be permitted. This order resolves those requests for waiver of the foreign ownership rules filed pursuant to the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 and the First Report and Order in this docket.
