Résumé
EPA is revoking a significant new use rule (SNUR) promulgated under section 5(a)(2) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) for benzenepropanoic acid, 3-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)- 4-hydroxy-, C(7-9)-branched and linear alkyl esters based on receipt of new data. The data indicate that the substance will not present an unreasonable risk to health.
