Partial Revocation of Public Land Order No. 2588 and Bureau of Land Management Order Dated January 28, 1952; Idaho

Résumé

This order revokes a public land order and a Bureau of Land Management order insofar as they affect 2,071.66 acres of public lands withdrawn by the Bureau of Reclamation for the Mountain Home and Snake River Reclamation Projects. The lands are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were withdrawn. This action will open 2,031.66 acres to surface entry and mining, but the remaining 40 acres are overlapped by another withdrawal, and therefore will remain closed to agricultural entry and mining. This revocation will permit the disposal of the lands by exchange. The lands have been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
