Résumé
In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent agreement, accepted subject to final Commission approval, would prohibit, among other things, a Virginia-based clinic and its operators from misrepresenting the nature or extent of a physician's participation in any treatment procedure, the safety or efficacy of any treatment procedure, and the extent to which a treatment is covered by a patient's medical insurance.
