Résumé
Upon request of the Brazilian and Ukrainian respondents in the above-captioned final investigations, the Commission has unanimously determined to conduct a portion of its hearing scheduled for November 3, 1994, in camera. The in camera portion of the hearing will be limited to discussion of (1) the condition of the domestic industry; and (2) ``swap'' transactions in the U.S. silicomanganese market. The remainder of the hearing will be open to the public. The Commission has further unanimously determined that the 7-day advance notice of the change to a meeting was not possible.
