The Office of Justice Programs is publishing, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, 5 U.S.C. 552a, this notice of an expansion of the system of records to include information pertaining to conviction of individuals for defense contract related felonies as required to implement Section 815 of the 1993 National Defense Authorization Act.
