The Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) is publishing this notice in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-130, Appendix I, ``Federal Agency Responsibilities for Maintaining Records About Individuals,'' which requires that agencies review each system of records annually and publish any minor changes in the Federal Register. The AHCPR has completed the annual review of its systems of records and is publishing below (1) a table of contents which lists all active systems of records in AHCPR, and (2) those minor changes which an individual needs to know to obtain his or her records, such as changes in the system location of records or the address of system managers.
