Résumé
This order modifies Public Land Order No. 4325, which withdrew 161.60 acres of public land for the Navajo Indian Irrigation Project, to transfer jurisdiction of the land from the Bureau of Reclamation to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and establish a 50-year term. The land will remain closed to surface entry and mining, but has been and will remain open to mineral leasing.
