The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) intends to hold public scoping workshops and prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) in connection with possible REA financing assistance relating to a project proposed by Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc., (Golden Valley) of Fairbanks, Alaska. The project consists of the construction and operation of a 230 kV transmission line between Healy and Fairbanks, Alaska.
