The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is announcing three public hearings on the use of the term ``fresh'' on the labeling of raw poultry products. These hearings will provide an opportunity for interested persons to present their views on the term ``fresh'' as used on the labeling of raw poultry products, and will assist FSIS in developing policy.
