Résumé
This final rule is amending the provisions of the regulations Governing Conduct on Bureau of Engraving and Printing Building and Grounds and Bureau of Engraving and Printing Annex Building and Grounds. The existing regulations apply only to the BEP Buildings and grounds in Washington, DC. On April 26, 1991, the Secretary of the Treasury dedicated and officially opened a new BEP facility in Fort Worth, Texas, which is hereinafter known as the Western Currency Facility. This final rule modifies the existing regulations to include the BEP Western Currency Facility Buildings and Grounds located in Fort Worth, Texas.
