Résumé
On May 6, 1994, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh kiwifruit from New Zealand. The review covers one exporter, the New Zealand Kiwifruit Marketing Board (NZKMB), and the period November 27, 1991, through May 31, 1993. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we determine the dumping margin for NZKMB to be 15.41 percent.
