NMFS announces the approval of Community Development Plans (CDPs) for the 1995-97 halibut and sablefish Community Development Quota (CDQ) program in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands management areas, as recommended by the Governor for the State of Alaska (Governor). This action is necessary to notify interested persons of the decision of the Secretary of Commerce (Secretary) that these CDPs are approved.
