Light Scattering Instruments and Parts Thereof From Japan; Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On October 18, 1994, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the third administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-scattering instruments (LSIs) and parts thereof from Japan. The review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the merchandise to the United States, Otsuka Electronics, Ltd. (Otsuka), and entries of the subject merchandise to the United States during the period November 1, 1992 through October 31, 1993. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. We received no comments. Based on our analysis, the final results remain unchanged from those presented in the preliminary results.
