The Coast Guard proposes to establish two safety zones in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the 2013 National Governors Association summer meeting. The first zone is intended to restrict vessels from a portion of Milwaukee Harbor; the second zone is intended to restrict vessels from a portion of the Menomonee River.
