The Coast Guard will enforce a Safety Zone for the Boomsday Festival Fireworks on the Tennessee River 646.0-649.0 from 9:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. on September 1, 2013. This action is necessary to safeguard participants and spectators, including all crews, vessels, and persons on navigable waters, during the Boomsday Festival Fireworks.
