This document provides notice that U.S. Customs and Border Protection ("CBP") has issued a final determination concerning the country of origin of a Special Ops Flashlight, Sportsman Flashlight, and a light-emitting diode (LED) blank assembly. Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded in the final determination that India is the country of origin of the blank LED Assembly, Special Ops Flashlight, and Sportsman Flashlight for purposes of U.S. Government procurement.
