Resumen
In response to a request from the Laminated Woven Sacks Committee and its individual members, Coating Excellence International, LLC and Polytex Fibers Corporation (collectively "Petitioners"), the Department of Commerce ("Department") is initiating an anti- circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain imports are circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on laminated woven sacks from the People's Republic of China ("PRC").
