The Coast Guard will enforce the Special Local Regulation in Portage Bay, Portage Cut (Montlake Cut), and Union Bay, WA during the Annual Seattle Yacht Club's "Opening Day" Marine Parade from 8 a.m. through 6 p.m. on May 2, 2010.
