Resumen
The Department of Commerce (the Department) is rescinding, in part, the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on Certain New Pneumatic Off-the-Road Tires (OTR Tires) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period December 17, 2007 through December 31, 2008, with respect to the following two companies: 1. Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd. (Zhongce) 2. Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd. (TUTRIC) This partial rescission is based on withdrawals by GPX International Tire Corporation (GPX), Zhongce, and TUTRIC of their requests for review.
