The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has received a right-of-way (ROW) application from East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (ETNG) for a natural gas pipeline that is proposed to cross Trousdale, Smith, Jackson, Putnam, Overton, Fentress, Morgan, and Roane counties, Tennessee.
