The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that brass rod from South Africa is being, or likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
