This notice publishes the amended Liquor Ordinance of the Wichita and Affiliated Tribes (amended Ordinance). The amended Ordinance regulates and controls the possession, sale, and consumption of liquor within the Tribal lands. The Tribal lands are located in Indian country and this amended Ordinance allows for possession and sale of alcoholic beverages within their boundaries.
