Safety Zone; Ohio River Mile Marker 317.5 to Mile Marker 318.5, Catlettsburg, KY

Resumen

The Coast Guard is establishing a safety zone for all navigable waters of the Ohio River between mile markers 317.5 and 318.5. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from the potential hazards created by a fireworks display. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
