Resumen

The Department of Commerce (the Department) determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel (cold-drawn mechanical tubing) from the People's Republic of China (PRC), as provided in section 705 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act).
