On August 10, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico.\1\ The review covers one producer/exporter of the subject merchandise, GD Affiliates S. de R.L. de C.V.
