Resumen
Based on the amended affirmative final determination with respect to India and the affirmative final determination with respect to the Republic of Turkey ("Turkey") by the Department of Commerce (the "Department") and the International Trade Commission ("ITC"), the Department is issuing countervailing duty orders on certain oil country tubular goods ("OCTG") from India and Turkey. The Department is amending its final determination with respect to India to correct certain ministerial errors as explained below.
