1,1,1,2-Tetrafluroethane From the People's Republic of China: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

We determine that 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluroethane ("tetrafluoroethane") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value ("LTFV"), as provided in section 735 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended ("the Act"). This investigation's final dumping margins are in the "Final Determination Margins" section, infra.
