The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone within the navigable waters of San Diego Bay in San Diego, CA in support of the San Diego Tri-Rock Triathlon. This safety zone is necessary to provide for the safety of the swimmers, crew, spectators, participating vessels, and other vessels and users of the waterway. Safety Zones; Fireworks Displays in the USCG East District

The Coast Guard is amending its regulation for recurring safety zones for fireworks displays in the USCG East District by adding safety zones for three recurring events and by amending the safety zone for one recurring event.
