The Enforcement Bureau (the "Bureau") gives notice of Mr. Ruben B. Bohuchot's suspension from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (or "E-Rate Program"). Additionally, the Bureau gives notice that debarment proceedings are commencing against him.
